NotesIt is the Liberality tavern ( now the Village Inn) the buildings next dorr are the blcaksmiths forge situated on the corner of Sunderland Rd/Seaside Lane -Kings Head on right of picture., The pub in your photo was called the LIBERALITY TAVERN. My gg/grandfather Matthew Newby was landlord in 1881. His wife"s name was Jane [ nee Scott ]
