D 14 Latin. 26 May 1303 Anno graciae millesimo trecentesimo tertio ad festum Pentecostes. Indenture whereby Emery de Kellawe demises to farm to Julia, his sister, 2 bovates of land in East Kellawe which Geoffrey son of Hugh formerly held of Thomas de Kellawe, father of Emery, excepting 3 acres of the 2 bovates which Symon de Wyndegate holds of the same Emery. To have etc. to Julia, heirs, and assigns of Emery, heirs, assigns, for 20 years, freely, quietly etc., with all liberties and easements, in meadows, pastures, waters, ponds, mills etc., relating to the land; paying yearly to Emery, heirs, or assigns, 16s. and doing foreign service, as do the other tenants of Emery for as much land, for all other demands.
