Quit claim by John son and heir of Laurence de Seton to Thomas de Lumley and heirs of his right in a toft and 2 bovates of land called Maltonland in Thornlawe. Also, he quit claims to Thomas aforesaid and to Katerina, Thomas’s wife, and heirs, his right in the manor of Thornlawe and Mordone, excepting a tenement and 60 acres of land and 2 of meadow in Thornlawe which came to him hereditarily after the death of Nicholas de Kellawe his kinsman.
